Cambooya District Athletics Champions!
Bunker’s Hill State School students recently competed in the Cambooya District Athletics Carnival and claimed the A Schools Average trophy, A Schools Aggregate trophy and the A Schools Ballgames trophy.
The seven schools in the Cambooya District participated in two days of athletic events culminating in sprints, relays and ballgames. It is always a great community event for the students from the different schools to compete against each other and to select students to participate in the Inner Downs trials in term 3.
Bunker’s Hill students were victorious in many age groups, with Zoe, Darcy, Kylah, Bianca, Lilah and Hayden being awarded the Runner Up Age Champions. Alexandria, Jarryd and Quinn were Cambooya District Age Champions for 2021.
